Title IX
Title IX Senior Coordinator and Title IX Investigator
The college provides Title IX violation reporting options via two campus authorities, the Deputy to the President, Mr. Howard Gordon is the college Title IX Senior Coordinator, Mr. Gordon's office is located in room 706 Culkin Hall in the President's office. His extension is 315-312-2213. Reports may be made to Mr. Gordon in regards to the incidence of cases of gender harassment, gender discrimination, sexual harassment or sexual offenses. Reports will be referred by the Title IX Senior Coordinator to the Title IX Investigator. TheTitle IX Investigator for SUNY Oswego is Ms. Marta Santiago, Human Resources Director and Affirmative Action Officer. Ms. Santiago will then investigate such reports and provide options and a variety of services for victims of Title IX violations.
