Ke-Nekt Concert: Nancy Ambrose King
Hailed by American Record Guide as "marvelously evocative, full of character, sultry and seductive, with a soft-spoken utterly supple tone," oboist Nancy Ambrose King has appeared as soloist with the St. Petersburg and Janacek Philharmonic, Prague and Tokyo Chamber Orchestra and performed recitals at Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. King will be joined by Symphoria principal flutists Xue Su, performing Sonata Op. 47 by Milhaud and Saint-Saens’ Caprice on Danish and Russian Airs. Pre-concert talk begins 7 p.m. $15 ($5 SUNY Oswego students). Adjunct Faculty Positions in ECE at SUNY Oswego
SUNY Oswego is establishing a pool of applicants for potential part-time adjunct faculty positions in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Qualifications: A Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required; a Ph.D. is preferred, in ECE or a closely related field with appropriate experience. Of particular interest are applicants qualified to teach undergraduate courses in Electromagnetics and Power Systems, or Biomedical instrumentation. However, ability to teach in other areas such as Electric Circuits, Electronics, Digital Design, Control Systems, and/or Telecommunication will also be considered.
Benefits may be available depending on the number of courses taught per semester.
