Adjunct Instructor Pay Schedule

We strive to process all employee appointments as quickly as possible so there is no delay in the issuance of paychecks.  The date of your first paycheck is determined by the date Human Resources receives your signed appointment form.  For new employees, Human Resources must also receive your completed I-9, official transcripts and a resume before we can enter your name into the payroll system.  Payroll deadlines are set a minimum of two weeks before the checks are issued.

If you receive your first paycheck on:

January 30, 2013, your gross salary will be divided by 10 pay periods
February 13, 2013, your gross salary will be divided by 9 pay periods
February 27, 2013, your gross salary will be divided by 8 pay periods
March 13, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 7 pay periods
March 27, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 6 pay periods
April 10, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 5 pay periods
April 24, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 4 pay periods
May 8, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 3 pay periods
May 22, 2013, your gross salary will be divided b 2 pay periods
June 10, 2013, your gross salary will be divided by 1 pay period
