The Department of Psychology at the State University of New York at Oswego invites applications for a full-time, one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position.

Salary: Commensurate with rank and experience
Date of Appointment: August, 2008
Description of Responsibilities: Teaching and research in the area of adolescent/adult development and gerontology. Ability to teach core courses in Psychology and Human Development. Departmental service, such as student advisement or committee work.
Required Qualifications: Outstanding A.B.D. candidates. Primary criteria include evidence of teaching excellence, a quality research program (especially involving student participation) and credentials in developmental psychology.
Other Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Human Development preferred.
