The Office of Human Resources provides the College community with efficient and professional service, expert consultation, and innovative solutions in the areas of Human Resource Management, Payroll, and Benefits by assisting the College in hiring, retaining, developing, and rewarding a highly qualified workforce.  Additionally, the Office of Human Resources strives to provide the necessary leadership needed to meet the changing needs of a diverse workforce, promote fair and respectful treatment of employees, and recognize the contributions and dignity of all employees. By operating under these principles, we are contributing to a positive educational experience for our students.
