Procedures
- Must use OmniUpdate Campus (aka, OU Campus) for publishing.
- Sites maintained by staff authorized by department head or director.
- Fill out the account authorization form (PDF, 76 KB).
- Return form to the Webmaster.
- Webmaster creates account and notifies editors when done.

Sites must comply with NYS accessibility law, copyright law, SUNY Oswego's Acceptable Use policy (PDF 30 KB), must use OmniUpdate Campus, and use best practices for Web publishing.
Personal - Faculty/Staff and Student
Procedures
Or you can use your favorite Web publishing tool (Ex.: Dreamweaver, etc.).
- Create the needed public-html directory and change permissions using the make-web command on the UNIX command line.
- Upload your Web site into your public-html directory.
- Contact the Help Desk (Phone: 315.312.3456, email: help@oswego.edu, fax: 315.312.3143) if necessary.
