You can add Flash, Shockwave, Quicktime, Windows Media or Real Media to your web site (Flash video is recommended). There is a new media button available in the Universal Editor for OmniUpdate.

Here's how to use it:

1. First the media files must be prepared and sized for the web.
2. Flash movies should be published for the lowest flash player possible to ensure that the highest number of users can enjoy the media.
3. Media files should be closed-captioned or provide a text link.
4. Next, upload the file just as you would upload an image.
5. In the OmniUpdate editor, click on the media button and select the file.
6. The advanced tab in the media pop-up window allows you to set the properties of the media you are uploading.
