The committee received a status report from Jerry DeSantis of all planning, design, and construction contracts underway by the campus and the State University Construction Fund.

The committee also was given a report on a draft proposal from the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation to use a portion of Sheldon Hall to house a training academy during the 1999 calender year.

Due to the length of these presentations the committee decided to postpone thorough discussion until the next meeting.
