emphasized as a

Moreau explained that ideas related to an information commons are being

The general consensus of the committee was that the CTS representatives
should go back and refine the current mission statement in particular to
address the following ideas / concepts: a) what does a support center look like
(e.g., centralized / decentralized); b) what are the emerging functions of
technology support; c) what does access look like (e.g., 24 hour access); d)
what are the priority program and personnel connections; the committee will
then review the new effort and move forward.
