located in the Food/Activity court on the Lower Level in the Campus Center. The Cutting Board offers a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pizza.

Laker Express Market

located in the Food/Activity Court on the Lower Lever of the Campus Center. The Market offers a garden fresh salad bar & soups, along with many other varieties of grab & go quick-to-eat sandwiches/wraps, entrees, side dishes and pastries. The Market also offers an assortment of cold and hot beverages.
