The Crossroads	Located on the Main Level of the Campus Center across from the Welcome/Information Center. The Crossroads is a Cafe and Grill that offers made-to-order food items and drinks. Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 am - 7:30 pm Friday: NOT OPEN - Good Friday Saturday & Sunday - Not Open

Laker Express Market	Located in the Food/Activity Court on the Lower Lever of the Campus Center. The Market offers a garden fresh salad bar & soups, along with many other varieties of grab & go quick-to-eat sandwiches/wraps, entrees, side dishes and pastries. Freshens Smoothies	Located in the Compass on the second floor of the Campus Center. Freshens serves a variety of Fresh Fruit Smoothies, Starbucks coffee along with an assortment of pastries.
