Oswego is among only a handful of colleges nationwide to offer a four-year degree in this burgeoning field. Although the program is relatively new, it has achieved widespread recognition for the breadth of study it offers. In addition to the management core, required courses include personnel staffing, collective bargaining, labor relations, compensation management, employment law and social and industrial psychology.
