Career Assessment - Learn about Yourself

Step One in choosing your major is getting to know yourself, how you think, what you value and how you learn. This is known as Career Assessment.

Student Advisement at the COMPASS offers workshops that can assist you in this process.

Strong Interest Inventory Workshop
Wednesday, April 9th         12:40pm   142 Campus Center

DISCOVER Workshops
Wednesday, February 20th   6:00pm   142 Campus Center
Monday, February 25th       12:40pm   142 Campus Center

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may prefer to do some research on your own.  In that case, there are many websites that offer ways you can get to know more about yourself.  There are three different types of sites: personality assessment websites, learning/thinking assessment websites and values identification websites.
