The keynote speaker this year is our very own Professor Bruce Altschuler who will give a talk entitled, "America's Imperfect Presidential Election, What Next?" Each year we publish a Proceedings of Quest to recognize the highest quality presentations. Contributions will be reviewed by the Quest Committe. Please read the Proceedings submission instructions accessible from the link on the left navigation bar.
