Alex Escalante's Clandestino confronts the struggle to maintain one's culture in spite of borders, boundaries, passports, or green cards. Utilizing film, live music, and Mexican social dance, Clandestino helps the audience understand and experience what it is like to be a part of this seemingly invisible population.
