®Evolution, unfolds on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
The daylong event will feature an afternoon panel presentation as well
as the esteemed panelists visiting classes and leading small-group discussions.

changes in the Internet and new digital media, television and video,
radio/audio-recorded music, and recorded music and motion-picture

The Media Summit was founded through the generosity of Louis A.
Borrelli Jr., chief executive officer of NEP Broadcasting and a 1977
Oswego graduate. In 2007, Al Roker (SUNY Oswego '82), weathercaster and
host of NBC's "Today" show, provided additional funding to rename the
summit in memory of longtime professor Dr. Lewis B. O'Donnell, a
seminal figure in the college experiences of Borrelli and Roker. The college's
communication studies department coordinates the summit.
