Media Summit

Steve Leblang, a 1981 SUNY Oswego graduate, is senior vice president of strategic planning and research at FX Networks Inc. At the media summit, he will address television and new media issues.

He went from the Oswego campus to media research in New York City, where he worked with some of the top television stations and networks. After gaining a reputation as a highly respected television researcher, Leblang then moved to Los Angeles to join Fox. He is the senior executive in charge of research on Fox and FX shows shows like "The Simpsons," "King of the Hill," "Rescue Me," "The Shield" and "Nip/Tuck."
