Media Summit

J. Scott Dinsdale is the executive vice president of digital operations and new technology for SONY/BMG Music Entertainment's Global Digital Business Group. At the media summit, he will address issues related to radio, audio, recorded music, and audio and video copyright issues.

 

He is responsible for connecting Sony BMG Music Entertainment's roster of international artists to a worldwide array of digital distribution partners and for guiding its interests in emerging technology. Prior to Sony BMG, Dinsdale served as executive vice president of digital strategy for the Motion Picture Association of America, where he was responsible for guiding the execution of the industry's interests in the digital age.
