The Oswego County Historical Society Publication Index is a list of citations of all articles published in the annual Publication or Journal of the Oswego County Historical Society from 1899 - 1904 and from 1937 until its demise in 1977.
CONTENTS: The annual publication generally contains articles on historical topics and popular folklore emanating from the County of Oswego, New York. The coverage of the articles ranges from the time period of early Native American cultures to the post-World War II era. It includes town, village and church histories, along with genealogies and local architectural studies. This series also includes political, social, and military histories dating back to the French and Indian War.
Our holdings of the annual Oswego County Historical Society Publication are nearly complete, and can be found in either the Special Collections repository in Penfield Library or the circulating collection on the 3rd floor of Penfield [F127 .O91 09 + year].
