Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (ZSTU, formerly Zhejiang Institute of Silk Textile) is a well known university established in 1897. ZSTU has a student population of roughly 22,000 and is one of 14 universities located in the Xiasha Higher Education Zone.

The Program

This program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing courses in Chinese language and culture. Previous knowledge of Chinese is not required to participate in the program. Students with a sufficient command of Chinese may take courses in a broad area of academic disciplines in the regularly scheduled classes of ZSTU. A minimum of 12 credit hours must be taken each semester.

Program Dates

  • Fall - early September to mid January
  • Spring - mid February to late June
