SUNY Oswego co-sponsors with Binghamton University the semester program at Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz, Austria.  In this arrangement, Oswego's Department of Modern Languages and the Office of International Education and Programs (OIEP) inform and advise students. For questions contact:

Students should submit the complete application with official transcript, study statement, two academic recommendations and one non-academic recommendation to the OIEP at SUNY Oswego. Please Note: this is a Fall or Academic Year program ONLY.  Applications are due by March 15th.

Because Binghamton administers the Austria program, specific questions about housing, excursions, courses, etc may be best answered by the program advisor at Binghamton, Rosmarie Morewedge (rmorewed@binghamton.edu). Oswego students participating in the Austria program will be registered at Oswego and will pay Oswego tuition.  All other program fees are paid directly to Binghamton.
