Graduate Applications and Requirements

For accessing the online graduate application and to view the deadlines for individual programs, please visit the  International Students site within Graduate Studies

Application Fee: $50

Grade Point Average: The GPA must be a 3.0 or higher or a "B" or higher

 GMAT: The minimum required  score for the MBA program only is 500 with a four-year undergraduate degree. MBA homepage

Required Documents:  Please submit the documents listed by mail to the address below:- 

  1. Sealed official college transcript mailed separately and directly by your prior college or school to the graduate office. You may not include the official transcript together with your supporting documentation. 
  2. Original bank statement with a bank official's signature and stamp evidencing sufficient funds for one year AND if supported by a sponsor, a completed SUNY International Student Financial Statement signed and stamped by your sponsor's bank and sponsor.
  3. Documented English language abilities may include national language, mother tongue, language of prior degree or secondary school study. Unless your undergraduate courses were taught in English, you must provide an official TOEFL 83iBTor IELTS 6.5. .  SUNY Oswego's code is 2543
  4. Depending on the program, two or three references will be required.
