Exchange Applications
We are pleased that you are interested in studying as an exchange student at SUNY Oswego.
Please read the INFORMATION SHEET BEFORE you submit your application form and documents.
DEADLINE: Applications should be complete and in our ISSS office by:
- April 15 for fall 2013 applicants
Application Checklist - For your review to ensure you have submitted all the required documents.
FORMS: Please fill out the forms downloadable at the links below and send them as attachments to an email to: jo.richardson@oswego.edu
Exchange Application - highly recommended to send as an attachment to an email by March 15
Estimated Exchange Student Bill for one semester- for full exchange students
Academic Charge- Paying Student Estimated Bill for one semester - for academic- charge paying students
Walker Health Form - the Health History Form can be downloaded from the link at the right hand side of the site.
Health Immunization Requirement - guide to fill out the health form immunization record
Room and Board Agreement- the agreement is located under "Forms" on the left side of the site
