Exchange Applications
We are pleased that you are interested in studying as an exchange student at SUNY Oswego.
FIRST STEPS: Before you download the forms at the link below, please read the information and steps that have been explained in Information for Exchange Students
PORTFOLIO COURSE LIST: Please download the instructions on "Creating your Portfolio" It is higly recommended that you send your Portfolio Course List as an attachment to an email by October 1
DEADLINE: Applications should be complete and in our ISSS office by:
- November 1st for the Spring semester that begins in the third week of January
FORMS: Please fill out the forms downloadable at the links below and send them as attachments to an email to: jo.richardson@oswego.edu

Estimated Exchange Student Bill for one semester- for full exchange students
Academic Charge- Paying Student Estimated Bill for one semester - for academic- charge paying students
