Exchange Applications
Exchange applications are received from students at universities with which SUNY Oswego has formal exchange agreements.
Deadline: Applications should be complete and in our ISSS office by:
- May 1st for the fall semester that begins at the third week of August
- November 1st for the Spring semester that begins in the third week of January
Forms: Please fill out the forms downloadable at the links below and send them by mail to the address listed below.
Estimated Exchange Student Bill for one semester- for full exchange students
Academic Charge- Paying Student Estimated Bill for one semester - for charge paying students
