In this program we aim to develop the students' skills and aesthetic understanding in an artistic discipline. Students are required to take courses that blend their studio practice with references to art history and theory. They have the chance to work closely with teachers who are committed to creative work in their own field and encourage their students to follow the same path. In these ways the program encourages the student to strive for the creation of a significant body of art work representing very high levels of achievement.
