2. Approval of Minutes of October 21:  Minutes approved as written.
3. Report of Graduate Council Chair: 

• Vanouse questioned the possibility of the Great Lakes Study Program having some value for the Oswego Graduate programs.  He will email Dr. Pagano to ask about the possibilities.
• Vanouse informed the Council that members of the Library Visioning Committee would be visiting a Council meeting to gather information.
• Vanouse distributed new course outlines: EWA 500 and HCI 530.

4. Old Business:

• Bio 525 Evolution.  Seago presented the course and answered council members’ questions.  The course was approved.
• CSC courses: Mohammadi presented the following courses and answered questions.
