Alex Grimshaw

Alex GrimshawFor more than 20 years he has interacted with Fortune 500 companies around the world providing performance improvement, executive coaching, succession planning and change management consulting services. In addition, Alex designs and facilitates skill-based training programs including leadership development, management skills, sales, coaching, and team development. Some of his clients are: GE, International Paper, Stanley Works, Sharp Electronics, The Hartford, CarQuest, BMW, Kraft Foods, New York Sate Electric & Gas, United Technologies Carrier, Burberry, Estee Lauder, Disney and Deutsche Bank.

Alex Grimshaw is currently the CEO of PPS International, Ltd. based in Fulton, NY.

Crystal Jacobson

Crystal JacobsonCrystal brings seasoned knowledge, real-world experience and high-energy leadership to her learning initiatives. Her 34-plus years with Carrier Corporation provided a sound foundation and a host of diverse assignments in quality, organizational development and human resources management. She transitioned to independent consulting in 2004 when she formed Strategic Solutions – consulting, facilitation and training focused on organization, leadership and employee development. Having successfully facilitated dozens of cross-functional initiatives across the U.S. and Canada focused on strategic planning, employee development, and business process improvement, she frequently partners with Carrier Corporation, EMCOR Energy Services, Syracuse University, Manufacturers Association of CNY, and Eagle Consultants in bringing facilitated learning to private and public organizations.

Crystal holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, and a Masters of Science in Adult Education from Elmira College. She is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator, a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Martha Marshall

Anthony CarangeloMartha Marshall earned her certification as a Mediator from the Office of Court Administration, State of NY in 1983.  Since then, she was the Director and Senior Trainer for the Oswego County Office of New Justice Services for over 14 years.  In this role, she coordinated and facilitated mediation services for the county.  Martha also was the Director of the Oswego County BOCES, Conflict Resolution and Peace Studies Program for over four years.  Currently, Martha teaches American Management Association classes in a variety of topics and conducts research with Oswego county school administrators on continuing education needs of schoolteachers for SUNY Oswego's Institute for Professional and Organizational Development.  Martha is the mother of three and enjoys spending time with her 11 grandchildren.
