Alex Grimshaw
For more than 20 years he has interacted with Fortune 500 companies around the world providing performance improvement, executive coaching, succession planning and change management consulting services. In addition, Alex designs and facilitates skill-based training programs including leadership development, management skills, sales, coaching, and team development. Some of his clients are: GE, International Paper, Stanley Works, Sharp Electronics, The Hartford, CarQuest, BMW, Kraft Foods, New York Sate Electric & Gas, United Technologies Carrier, Burberry, Estee Lauder, Disney and Deutsche Bank.

Crystal Jacobson
Crystal brings seasoned knowledge, real-world experience and high-energy leadership to her learning initiatives. Her 34-plus years with Carrier Corporation provided a sound foundation and a host of diverse assignments in quality, organizational development and human resources management. She transitioned to independent consulting in 2004 when she formed Strategic Solutions – consulting, facilitation and training focused on organization, leadership and employee development. Having successfully facilitated dozens of cross-functional initiatives across the U.S. and Canada focused on strategic planning, employee development, and business process improvement, she frequently partners with Carrier Corporation, EMCOR Energy Services, Syracuse University, Manufacturers Association of CNY, and Eagle Consultants in bringing facilitated learning to private and public organizations.
Crystal holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Columbia College, and a Masters of Science in Adult Education from Elmira College. She is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator, a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Anthony Carangelo
Anthony is an Owner/CEO of “The Growth Coach” of Central New York, helping Business Owners, Managers and Self-Employed Professionals achieve greater success in their businesses while maintaining a healthy balance in theirs lives.
Prior to coaching, Anthony spent more than (35) years within small business and corporate environments. Holding such positions as General Manager, Interim-Management Consultant, Executive Recruiter and Restaurateur.
Anthony specializes in coaching business owners in becoming more focused, effective and strategic through an ongoing proven, process. Helping business owners to slow down, reflect, face reality and plan; map out critical changes necessary to enhance their business and their lives; achieve greater clarity, focus and results; and fall in love with their businesses or careers once again.
Anthony holds a Bachelors degree in Hotel, Club and Restaurant Business Administration from the University of New Haven, a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America; Certifications from Coach Training Alliance in Business, Executive, Relationship and Retirement Coaching. He is a member of the International Association of Coaches, a founding member of Coachville, and a Retired Member of the Club Managers Association of America.
