Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Insoo Kim Berg, Speaker
Insoo Kim Berg introduces the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Model she
co-developed as an approach to working within the managed care climate.
Stressing solutions, rather than pathology, clients’s strengths and their
strategies for past successes, you will learn step-by-step ways to help clients
heal themselves. The outcome is a respectful and collaborative way to work with
even those who are mandated to treatment by their families, employers and DWI.
We will discuss assumptions we have about parents, children, and the solution
building process. Tips and questions from the audience will be encouraged.
Learn more about this therapy method that is effective, efficient, and highly
respectful of the client and staff resources.
