Beginning Project Management
Saturday, October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 9 am to 12 pm.
Project management has emerged as the premier solution to today’s
organizational challenges where supervisors, managers and staff are involved in
overseeing a variety of small to major projects on an almost daily basis. From
initial planning to final review, learn how to set measurable objectives,
estimate and controls costs, design schedules and manage relationships across
the spectrum of project stakeholders. Through interactive exercises, you will
develop the critical management skills that are required to plan, manage and
deliver highly successful projects within any organizational setting.
This course is a part of our partnership with the American Management
Association University Program and will include a certificate of completion
from the Institute and AMA, and have 1.5 CEU's available.
