Founded in 1861, SUNY Oswego is part of this system and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The spacious tree-lined campus consists of forty-five buildings situated on 280 hectares along the southeastern shore of Lake Ontario.

The Education Center houses the Institute for Professional and Organizational Development which caters towards business excellence with a wide array of small to large group training of both structured and customized programs. Opened in early 1994. This multipurpose facility serves a variety of needs. It features four classrooms, a computer lab, a kitchenette, and a lounge. The Education Center can be used for classes, seminars, and workshops. North Country Education Center
Watertown and Fort Drum, NY

For over 10 years, Oswego State University has actively participated in providing learning opportunities for the residents of the North Country. We offer graduate and undergraduate degree programs in Business, Vocational-Technical Education, Educational Administration and Human Services on a year-round basis.

Courses generally meet at Fort Drum, Jefferson Community College, BOCES, or other convenient locations. Students interested in part-time study options and evening courses will find Oswego State's programs may meet their needs. For more information call 315.773.9007.
