The Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) Department, led by an outstanding faculty, offers the three graduate degree programs listed below.
The Counseling Services program has four options designed to prepare school and higher education counselors. The School Psychology program is designed to prepare psychologists for the schools. Finally, the non-certification Human Services/Counseling program prepares counselors to work with a wide range of developmental concerns and employment issues. A special track permits candidates to fulfill requirements for the Credentialed Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).
The CPS Department also offers a non-degree certificate Play Therapy program, which qualifies candidates as Credentialed Play Therapists.
