For those individuals seeking a certification extension as Work-Based Learning Coordinators the department offers the NYSED approved 2-course sequence.  VTP 465 or 565 Developing Work Based Learning Programs and VTP 466 or 566 Implementing and Evaluating Work-Based Learning Programs are offered regularly on-line through the SUNY Learning Network (SLN). Individuals may access information about the extension by going to the New York State Education Department's (NYSED) Teacher Certification website at:   
      http://eservices.nysed.gov/teach/certhelp/CertRequirementHelp.do,
and then selecting "Career and Technical Teacher" and "Coordinator of Work-Based Learning Programs Extensions."
