John Smiley ('02) received his MFA in Acting from the University of Texas at Austin. This summer he studied Mask and Clown with the Pig Iron Theatre in Philadelphia, PA. Ryan Sprague ('06) is writing professionally in New York City in both the world of theatre and film. He currently has two plays going in to production later this Summer and has adapted his award-winning play, Reach, into a feature film which begins shooting in September with a Fall 2014 release. His play, Some Just Do It Naturally (which premiered at SUNY Oswego with alumni, Steven Screws, Ryan Powers, Michael Racioppa, and Jennifer Caruana) will be published in 2014 by Black Box Theatre Publishing. He currently has two other films in pre-production in both Chicago and New York City. Ryan is also a content writer/interviewer for the popular music website, AltRockLive.com. Matthew Bourdreau ('06) Clark Kents as a Web Developer and Technical Writer at R R Donnelley in Grand Island, NY. He also writes, produces and designs sound for Aural Stage Studios (http://www.auralstage.com) in Buffalo, NY. His audio work has been featured in the independent films The Big Bad and Spinning, as well as the American Globe Theatre's video production of Hamlet. He is the lead sound designer on the award-winning audio theatre productions 1918, Intensive Care, and The Cleansed. Matt teaches classes in audio production at the Squeaky Wheel in Buffalo, NY. Last year's production of the Dialed In episode, Ancient Evil http://www.auralstage.com/shows/dialed-in/ancient-evil/ (featuring alumni Samantha Mason, Mike Racioppa and Nat Angstrom and former staff Mike de Almeida) is a 2013 finalist for the Parsec Awards at DragonCon in Atlanta, GA
Mark Rennell (') Marketing Service Representative for Proctors Theater Schenectady, NY. Host and co-producer of The Bing Bamboo Room Burlesque show now in it's 9th year. Continues to work on stage with local theater groups most recently playing Treki Monster in "Avenue Q" and appearing in the film "Little Bi Peep" to be released in August 2013 and The Erotics music video for the song "She Kills Me" which can be found on You Tube.
Megan Myerov-McCulley ('07) Stage Manager for Blue Man Group Orlando, as well as Deck/Props. Stage Manager for special events, such as Halloween Horror Nights, at Universal Studios Orlando. Co-owner of Amusing Concepts -operating zipline attractions at fairs and festivals, as well at the Buffalo Chip Campground during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
Keegan Bushey ('10) Stage manager/stage technician/A2/Flyman at The Egg in Albany, NY. More importantly, I married fellow Oswego alumni Teresa Kaczorowski.
Megan Ruskey ('12) just finished a spot teaching seventh and eighth grade ESL. This year she also worked her first modeling gig - a music video; and she plans to finish her own debut EP by the end of this year.
