History Department

We are a student-centered department of teacher-scholars whose mission is to advance, integrate, apply, and transform scholarship through teaching, research, publishing and community service. We use our creativity, commitment, skills, and energy to enhance the ability of students, community members and professional colleagues from many different backgrounds to contribute (as citizens, workers, and life-long learners) to a diverse global community.
