Student research is a priority at SUNY Oswego and the record of awards and presentations support the high quality of research that students complete.  Students in the Geology programs are involved in a wide range of research topics and participate in every aspect of research from the development of interesting and meaningful hypotheses to presentation of results at scientific meetings.  Below are a list of some recent and ongoing research topics under investigation in our department.
