Project SMART is a collaboration between SUNY Oswego area schools, business and industry. Financial support has been provided by NCLB-TLQP, ENTERGY, the New York Power Authority, Niagara Mohawk, the Central New York Community Council on Careers, and Pathfinder Bank. These and many other regional business partners in Central New York support Project SMART with contributions of time and other in-kind efforts. School districts in Oswego County, Syracuse, and in Manhattan support the participation of teachers in each summer institute. School Inspectors from Benin West Africa participate in Project SMART's global initiative. The Oswego State University participants come from the School of Education and the College of Arts & Sciences.
