Prof. Williams received her B.A. from SUNY Oswego, and her J.D. from Syracuse University.  Appointed in 1996, Prof. Williams teaches courses in Business Law and Legal Environment and her research interests include Community Entrepreneurial Assistance Program.  Ms. Williams is also a practicing attorney, specializing in real estate, small business and estates.
