Dr. Wan has teaching interests in corporate finance and investment.  He currently teaches Corporate Finance and Multi-National Financial Management.  Prior to joining SUNY Oswego, Dr. Wan has taught Principles of Finance and International Finance at the University of South Florida.  Dr. Wan's research interests focus on empirical corporate finance and corporate governance.  His research has been accepted for publication in the Review of Financial Studies, and presented at numerous university seminars and regional, national and international academic conferences such as Southern Finance Association, Western Finance Association and Financial Management Association annual meetings.  Dr. Wan holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Virginia Tech.  He is also a member of American Finance Association, and Financial Management Association.
