Dr. Rao received her BS and MBA degrees from Louisiana State University, and her DBA from Mississippi State University.  She is also a licensed CPA from the State of Louisiana.  Appointed in 2000, Dr. Rao teaches courses in auditing, public sector accounting and also delivers web-based instruction.  Her broad research interests include ethics, auditing judgment, teaching issues, and case studies.
