Ms. McGowan earned her B.A. in History/Secondary Education from LeMoyne College and her J.D. from Syracuse University. She is licensed to practice law in New York State and is a member of the local law firm of Reynolds & McGowan, PLLC. Prior to her appointment, Ms. McGowan taught Legal and Regulatory Environments of Business and Business Law I and II as an adjunct professor at SUNY Oswego since 1986. During the Spring 2011 semester , she will be teaching Legal and Regulatory Environments of Business and Business Law II. Her research interests include Employment Law and Healthcare Law.
