Dr. Edwards-Giumarra holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Educational Administration & Policy Studies from SUNY at Albany, and a B.A. in English from St. Mary's University in Canada.  Appointed in 2005, Dr. Edwards-Giumarra brings to Oswego a background in higher educational administration and entrepreneurship, as well as instruction.  She will teach introductory and intermediate courses in business administration.  Her research interests include: creating academic-business alliances; educational preparation for the labor market; educational policy development; and participation of ethnic minority and re-entry students in higher education.
