Thomas Delduchetto received his Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Organization and Management from the Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University.  His professional experience includes Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources at NBT Bancorp, Vice President and Regional Human Resources Manager at M & T Bank, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at ONBANCorp, Inc.  Since Fall 2006, he has been an Adjunct/Visiting Instructor for the School of Business, teaching a variety of Human Resource and Management courses. He has now been appointed as a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Management, beginning with the Fall 2011 semester.
