Human Resource Management Center


The School of Business at the State University of New York at Oswego houses the HRM Center. Accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) since 2002, the School of Business is housed in a state-of-the-art academic building. It offers a range of undergraduate programs, several interdisciplinary programs, and MBA programs to approximately 1,300 students.

 

HRM Center Mission
To bring academics and business professionals together by supporting community outreach, research, continuing professional education, student education, social responsibility, diversity initiatives and consulting to further the field of Human Resource Management.

Services
To be competitive, employers must confront many challenges, including change, leadership, and employment law compliance. Employers also must attract, select, motivate and retain top talent. Progressive companies seek answers to important workplace issues, and the HRM Center offers support and competencies relevant to employers’ human resource management needs.
