The students of Oneida and Onondaga halls have become accustom to a new sight roaming the halls. Resident dining has incorporated ecotainer cups and greenware products as a part of our Sustainability Initiative. Director of Resident Dining Craig Traub says, "Student and faculty feedback to the steps taken by dining halls has been positive."
Central Heating Plant Boiler Replacement
New heating boilers on-campus are smaller, automatic and more efficient. The new boilers were installed last summer to replace the old ones that were built in the 1960s. "The boilers were running out of their life, so we decided to go with brand new ones," said John Moore, the Director of Facilities Design and Construction.
