Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment

As vice president for student affairs and enrollment, Dr. Joseph F. Grant's responsibilities at SUNY Oswego over 35 years have engaged him with students before, during and after their time on campus. Currently reporting to him are the college's units dealing with admissions, financial aid, career services, health services, counseling services, campus life, housing, student advisement and judicial affairs as well as Auxiliary Services. He previously served the college as director of admissions, assistant to the vice president for administrative services, assistant vice president for development, and vice president for enrollment, marketing and development, where he also oversaw the college's communications, alumni relations and initial fundraising programs. He holds degrees from SUNY Plattsburgh, SUNY Albany and Syracuse University.
