Education

I hold a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Western Ontario .  I also hold M.E.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, M.A. in Economics from the University of the State of New York - Central European University, and I am a registered Professional Engineer of Ontario.
