Program Planning Information

· References should be from a professor and from a work supervisor.

· Submit a copy of your passing NYS Teacher certification exam Liberal Arts and Science Test (LAST) scores with your application. To register for the test, go to: www.nystce.nesinc.com.

· All undergraduate requirements must be completed prior to admission. Transcripts should be included with the application.
